Hi everyone,
Representatives of the first American Physiological Society Institute on Teaching and Learning (ITL) asked me to pass this on to FUN members.
"This conference will engage educators (community/4-year college through professional school) in interactive sessions on best practices in teaching, learning and assessment. Whether you are an experienced educator or new to teaching, it will challenge you to gain skills in designing and implementing educational research in your classroom and in learning how to share your findings with colleagues. The meeting will include plenary talks, concurrent workshops, poster sessions, and time to network with your colleagues. After the meeting, participants can continue their discussions and collaborations through a new Community of Practice online portal at the APS Archive of Teaching Resources. Connect with teaching colleagues at the 2014 ITL!"
