Subject: olfactory bulbectomy in rats?
Hi all,
I'm looking for someone that has performed an olfactory bulbectomy in rats. Ideally, it would be someone that has had success with performing this surgery and then doing subsequent behavioral testing relevant to depression and/or anxiety (with either positive or negative results), but even just someone that could help me troubleshoot the surgery would be great (I have tons of stereotaxic surgery experience, but I've never done aspiration lesions before). I have a student interested in pursuing this for her senior thesis work.
Please reply directly at buffald at westminster.edu
Thank you in advance!
