The University of Pennsylvania hosts a site on Neuroscience and Society that
includes teaching resources from many institutions. See:
http://neuroethics.upenn.edu/resources/teaching-resources/
This should give you a good start; I believe it includes syllabi from a
number of neuroethics courses.
