[FUN_Mail] Ethics course syllabi

If you are looking for cases on "being an ethical scientist," there is an excellent and free set available at https://depts.washington.edu/uwbri/PDF%20Files/Moral_Reasong_in_Scific_Res.pdf .  My undergraduate seniors find these cases to be very engaging, and they produce excellent discussion.

Although I haven't taught a course on neuroethics, topics involving ethics
that have been discussed in my neuroscience courses include:  Cognitive
enhancing drugs, whether adolescents should be tried as adults given their
underdeveloped frontal lobes, do we have free will (I.e. The brain is
active prior to conscious decision making).  There are some nice reviews
out there and actual research studies too.
