ADInstruments and Emory University's Neuroscience & Behavioral Biology Program will co-host a 3 day hands-on workshop<http://www.eventbrite.com/e/snailfest-invertebrate-neurophysiology-workshop-july-31-aug-2-2015-registration-16340123750> for higher education life science instructors seeking to expand their curriculum reach in the neurosciences.

* Learn practical lab skills for extracellular/intracellular recording.
* Work with pond snails (Lymnaea and Helisoma) that are established model organisms for motor pattern generation, neuronal excitability, neuromodulation.
* Investigate the ionic currents that underlie complex activity patterns in these model organisms.
