Undergraduates on your team are a win-win: students get lab experience, their graduate and postdoctoral mentors learn supervisory skills, and you advance your research agenda. We'll cover topics such as recruiting the right student, engaging undergrads as researchers, setting realistic expectations, maximizing a summer student and available resources to enhance the undergraduate research experience.
