If you want to take a more integration among systems approach, I have used
Andrea Li's Visuo-Motor plasticity experiment with my class for years. It
takes two lab sessions and is always highlight for students. The experiment
measures motor adaptation to a shift in the visual field induced by prism
goggles. The students take turns as experimenter and subject. Each year I
have a few that end up snap chatting the experience.
You can order stick on prisms and use lab goggles, so its quite affordable!
