Hi Deanne,
We have a 200-level 'Brain and Behavior' course... prereqs include any 3 credits of PSYC *and* any 4 credits of BIOL.

Our 400-level 'Behavioral Neuroscience' course has either 'Brain and Behavior' OR 'Fundamental Neuroscience' (a 300-level course) as prereq.

Hi all,

Our students currently need to take EITHER Intro Bio OR Intro Psych before Behavioral Neuroscience.  I've been thinking about curriculum and wanted to get some outside input from other professors/programs.

Please contact me if you'd be willing to chat and if you:

1) teach Behavioral Neuro (or a similar content course with a different name is fine) AND

2)  the prereq for taking that course is a) Intro Psych only OR b) Intro Bio only OR c) having taken either of those courses is a sufficient pre-req

Basically, I'm interested in having some conversations regarding how people determine their prerequisites for Neuro courses.
