The Wabash College Psychology Department invites applications for a Visiting Assistant Professor position, beginning July 1, 2020.  Initial appointment is for one-year, although it may be extended to a second year based upon the needs of the department and College. PhD preferred; ABD considered.  The successful candidate will be prepared to offer courses in sensation & perception and/or cognition, introductory psychology, and an area of particular expertise. Teaching load is three courses per semester.  Applicants must have a commitment to excellence in undergraduate teaching, an appreciation for the broad intellectual community of an excellent liberal arts college, and the ability to work with a diverse student body.  The College and the department are deeply committed to programmatic scholarship with student collaborators.
