Just to update everyone, I passed this on to the Neuroscience Training Committee and they will be sending something to the Graduate programs asking them to look at this issue.  My guess is that programs will try to make their policies more transparent on websites, etc., but I would also imagine that this will not be a quick fix.  I think if students need information on programs right now, their best option is to contact the specific school they are interested in.  Informal responses so far suggest that many programs do accept and fund DACA students, but your students will need to check with the programs of interest until schools update their online information.
