[FUN_Mail] Compilation of listings of online lecture and lab materials

Let's take the crowd-sourcing up to 11.
I've started a Google Doc where we can continue to collaboratively
crowd-source materials and resources to help move neuroscience courses
online:

This doc is open for editing -- so everyone on the listserv can pull in
links, resources, and comments they find useful. I'll also be sending this
link out to the FUN membership generally, as not all members are on the
listserv.
As this list grows, I'll post a static version to the FUN website. And who
knows, maybe this could be the seed for reviving ERIN.
Thanks, all for getting the ball rolling and to Richard for compiling the
discussion so far.
