Neuroscience Special Course at Harlaxton Manor July 6-24, 2021

Neurobiology of Stress and Resilience
A 3-credit team-taught seminar course exploring the neurobiological factors that contribute to both and individual’s risk and resilience to stressors across the lifespan. The seminar will be facilitated by faculty with relevant expertise and include trips Edinburgh, York, Nottingham, and London to explore course material at museums, labs, and tours. Five neuroscience faculty will collaborate to teach material focusing on Medical & Neuroscience Advances Throughout History, Viruses, Neuroendocrine System, Neuropharmacology, Motivation and Emotion.
