Hi Everyone,
I’m looking for a protocol for a rapid immunohistochemistry for a research methods class. We don’t have the time to do the traditional protocol with multiple washes and incubations over two days. I’ve googled but all I’m finding are more clinical protocols for detection of cancer in very thin fresh tissue sections. I have fixed rat brain sections.
Thanks!
Dorothy
