[FUN_Mail] How to unsubscribe?

Just wondering how I could unsubscribe from this list? I've tried before but nothing seems to work. I'd appreciate any help you can provide. Just trying to reduce the number of emails I'm getting, and as I'm close to retirement most of the posts aren't relevant to me anymore.
