Hi Dorothy,

We just tried this 3 hr protocol with GFAP that Audrey shared and it worked great!  We didn't have NF200 so have not tried that. I'm looking forward to doing this in a teaching lab that I'm developing.

I’ve googled but all I’m finding are more clinical protocols for detection of cancer in very thin fresh tissue sections.  I have fixed rat brain sections.
