Hello everyone,
We hope that you will join us this Friday (2/24) for our February FUN Final
Friday. This month we will be addressing how to thrive in the changing
landscape of higher education. Specifically, we will have a discussion on
ChatGPT. We will begin with a brief demonstration of what ChatGPT is, what
it can do, and why it matters for us as educators. Spoiler: it wants to
join Dr. Stavnezer's lab to complete its senior thesis research!
The main focus of our session will be to discuss possibilities for how to
use Large Language Models in the classroom and some things to watch out for
along the way. The link for registration is below along with a couple of
good articles that discuss the generative AI in the classroom.
