(Visiting Full-time and Part-time Faculty Appointments)





*GENERAL INFORMATION*

The Neuroscience Program at College of the Holy Cross invites applications
for two visiting part-time faculty positions for the 2023-2024 academic
year to begin in August 2023.



One position, jointly housed in the Department of Psychology and the
Neuroscience Program, is for a visiting faculty member to teach
intermediate courses on behavioral or cognitive neuroscience topics, such
as *Physiology & Behavior* and/or *Sensation & Perception*. There also may
be opportunities to teach other intermediate or advanced courses in the
candidate’s specialty area, courses for the neuroscience program such
as *Introduction
to Neuroscience*, or psychology courses such as *Introduction to
Psychology, Statistics*, or *Research Methods*. Visiting full-time faculty
members teach 3 courses each semester and are eligible for travel support
and reimbursement of relocation costs within the College’s published
policies. All full-time appointments offer competitive salaries and include
full benefits.



One position, housed in the Neuroscience Program, is for a visiting faculty
member to teach a single course.  The successful candidate will teach one
section of *Introduction to Neuroscience *in Fall 2023.

Candidates must demonstrate commitment to, and excellence in, undergraduate
teaching as informed by current practice and scholarship in the field.
