Dear FUN members,



I am reaching out to you to see whether any of you plan to self-nominate or have someone nominate you to serve on the SfN committees. A call for committee volunteers went out earlier this Month to all SfN members. As an organization, we would like to see and support more FUN members to serve on SfN committees, especially on the Program Committee and Neuroscience Training Committee. Currently, we have a FUN liaison on the NTC, Dr. William Grisham, who is our only voice on the committee. If you want to be nominated or have been nominated as individual member (not as FUN liaison), we can help you.


If you have been an involved FUN member or aspire to help FUN to be involved with SfN, please send us (president at funfaculty.org<mailto:president at funfaculty.org>) your position, committee you are nominated for, research focus area, and any involvement you have had with FUN in the past years or how you plan to be involved with FUN in the future by Feb. 1. We, the executive committee, will nominate you for that position too.
