Hello FUN members,


Welcome to the start of the new semester (or quarter) and welcome back to
FUN Final Friday! This Friday will be our first session back after the
summer break! I hope you can join us as we discuss different technologies
that we can use in the classroom.

*Title: Using Technology in the Classroom*


Description: Technology is constantly evolving. Join colleagues to share
and discuss the currently available technology that is useful for the
classroom including tools to promote active learning and engagement,
provide collaboration, enhance writing and offer assessment solutions. This
collaborative discussion will allow faculty to learn from each other by
sharing their own tools and asking questions about potential tools that may
be available for in the classroom. Please bring any ideas or examples that
you have from your own experience to share with others. We will create a
table of various technologies available currently for various uses in
teaching neuroscience.
