Hi all,
   We have been approved for a 3-year Visiting Assistant Professor position at Pomona College, in the areas of cell/molecular to systems-level neuroscience.  Please spread the word!

Pomona College Three-year Visiting Assistant Professor in Cell/Molecular or Systems-level Neuroscience.  The Department of Neuroscience seeks candidates with a demonstrated commitment to teaching and ability to establish a small-scale active research program that involves undergraduates. Broad methodological training and a PhD in Neuroscience or a related field are required.
Teaching responsibilities each year include an introductory-level Neuroscience course with lab in the Fall semester and a lecture/laboratory course in cell/molecular or systems-level neurobiology in the Spring semester.  Supervision of senior theses and other undergraduate research projects is also expected.
The Department of Neuroscience supports equal access to higher education, and values working in a richly diverse environment. The successful candidate will have demonstrated commitment to improving higher education for students from underrepresented backgrounds.
